HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
When you sign up for your subscription, we will ask you for a payment method. Payments are made automatically a few days before delivery. We will use the same payment method that you used to sign up for your flower subscription. If there is any problem and the payment cannot be made, we will contact you.
HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE FLOWERS?
We deliver on Wednesday afternoons (between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.) or Thursday mornings (between 10:00 and 14:00) . You can choose the day you want to receive your bouquet using a subscription form. The flowers will arrive within this time range and you must make sure that there is someone to receive them. If you cannot be there, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours before delivery, so that we can reorganize or cancel the delivery.
The bouquet is delivered wrapped in brown paper, you just have to remove the wrapping and it will be ready to be placed in the vase!
And, of course, always on the frequency you have chosen.
Weekly subscriptions include 4 deliveries per month, once a week.
Biweekly subscriptions include 2 deliveries per month, first and third week of the month.
Monthly subscriptions include 1 delivery per month, first week of the month.
These prices are monthly and include shipping. Deliveries only in Valencia.
WHAT IS THE BOUQUET LIKE? CAN I CHOOSE THE FLOWERS?
Subscription bouquets are designed exclusively, every week, based on the seasonal flowers of the moment, with the idea of surprising you with each delivery. They are always varied in flowers and colors. The size is medium and has approximately 24-29 stems between flowers and foliage. They are designed and assembled for vases 20cm high and 12cm wide.
For special requests regarding types and colors of flowers, please contact us and we will gladly design a subscription specifically for your request, which we will send at the frequency chosen for you.
I NEED AN INVOICE, I AM A COMPANY.
No problem. You can write to us at info@floresmariee.com with your tax information and at the end of each month we will generate an invoice that we will send you automatically.
DO I HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION MONTH?
No, the price is final per bouquet. In our ACCESSORIES section, we offer various vases that you can use with your bouquet.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE AT THE DELIVERY POINT WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON ARRIVES?
If there is no response at the delivery address, we will contact you using the contact telephone number you have provided. If we do not receive a response, the delivery person will continue with their delivery route.
If you wish to receive the bouquet, you must consider returning it to our workshop and a new shipping cost. You must also take into account that, as it is a perishable product, the bouquet may be damaged by being out of water. The flowers will not be replaced, if the pre-arranged delivery was carried out in a timely manner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO ON VACATION?
If you do not wish to have any deliveries made for a period of time, you can pause or reschedule deliveries to a time you wish. During this period, you will not be charged.
HOW LONG DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION LAST ?
Regardless of the delivery frequency you choose, your subscription is open-ended. It does not end at the end of the period you paid for, but is automatically renewed. If at any time you would like to cancel the service or suspend it for vacation, simply write to us at info@floresmariee.com and we can do it for you. Just keep in mind that you will have to notify us one week before your shipment. There is no commitment to stay and absolutely no penalty for canceling your subscription.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SHIPPING REQUIREMENT?
Yes, we have a minimum 2-month subscription period for all subscriptions. After this, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are unable to receive your flowers for any reason or are not satisfied with the service, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, if you move or take a vacation and want to send flowers as a gift, we can change the delivery address without any problem. You just have to contact us by email or phone and we will leave everything in order for the flowers to reach their destination.
DO YOU SHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS OUTSIDE OF VALENCIA CITY?
Shipments outside the city of Valencia are quoted separately. Do not hesitate to call us and ask us. But if you want to receive flowers, ask us and we will gladly evaluate it!
