Shipping and Returns

1.- CONDITIONS OF USE.

These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relations arising between MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL, with registered office in Valencia, and with NIE Y9938787H and third parties (hereinafter, "USERS") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL ( http://www.floresmariee.com ), hereinafter the "STORE").

MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to USERS through the STORE. In particular, MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the STORE, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the STORE.

In the case of the sale of bouquets, if due to seasonality or other reasons one of the flowers shown in the images on the website is not available, it will be replaced by another flower that has the most similar color and quality characteristics possible.

2.- HOME DELIVERY.

The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the peninsula, so the delivery service will only be for said territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the USER once payment has been verified.

Delivery times will be as follows:

Valencia: Monday to Friday in the morning time slot from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except Sundays, national, community or local holidays.

Always considering that we require 24 to 48 hours in advance to provide good service.

For bouquets and deliveries with a specific date, it is advisable to place the order 3 business days in advance.

MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL assumes no liability when delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient after several delivery attempts.

Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, funeral homes, public bodies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, floral orders will be delivered to the reception or a similar place, provided that hand delivery to the recipient is not possible.

In the event of providing an incorrect or incomplete address or in the event of absence at the time of delivery without enabling delivery to a third party/warehouse, the customer will be notified to pay the costs of a second delivery.

3.- PRODUCT CONDITIONS.

The final composition of the floral arrangements, both in quantity and in type and colour of the flowers, as well as the bases and accessories used, may vary from the images presented, although in all cases the final value of the bouquet delivered will be adjusted to the value of the bouquet ordered. The different time of year or variations in the stock of flowers or containers at any given time, may lead to variations in the product. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT.

4.- PAYMENT METHOD.

Payment will be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay credit or debit card. Once the transaction has been confirmed, an order number will be provided via the website. An email will also be sent with a description of the order and the personal details provided. Failure to receive this email may be due to a temporary problem with network communications or a typing error in the email address provided. 5.- CUSTOMER SERVICE.

6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The user has a right of withdrawal by which he/she may contact MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL via email at the following address: info@floresmariee.com and withdraw from the purchase.

Depending on the type of product, the conditions will be:

- For subscriptions, we have a minimum permanence period of 2 months for all subscription frequencies. From this moment on, the USER can cancel it whenever they want. If you cannot receive the flowers for any reason or are not satisfied with the service, you can contact MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL through the following email address: info@floresmariee.com .

- If you have any problem with your order or are not satisfied, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible and as far as it is within our reach.

The first thing you should know is that the return period cannot exceed 36 hours, counting from receipt of the product.

These products can only be returned if the flowers or plants are damaged. To do so, a photo must be attached explaining the problem in question. Once the photo is received, the particular case will be evaluated and whether a refund or replacement of the product can be made.

Please do not hesitate to write or call us if the product did not meet your expectations.

Your opinion is very important to us.

- Non-perishable products are eligible for return (vases, candles and other decorative products).

The return period will not exceed 7 working days, counting from the receipt of the product. The Product must be sent together with the order number, in the same condition as it was received, with the User being responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product.

Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do so, the customer must indicate on the return form the number and name of the credit card to which MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL must make the payment.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the order has been placed correctly and the product is already in delivery. The USER must wait to receive the product. In any case, MARIEE ATELIER FLORAL will not refund the money when the withdrawal is not caused by an error on its part or that of its subcontractors.
